Creativity Calls

A Quick Update – June 2016

Whilst I’ve decided to leave this post ‘as is’ so to speak, all posts published on My Creative Cosmos have now been amalgamated into this blog – Clare’s Cosmos – and My Creative Cosmos will no longer be updated.

After having so much fun posting a creative writing piece as part of an online blogging course I’m doing, and considering these types of thoughts – perhaps – don’t belong in a blog about our trip around Australia, (Dean’s thoughts, not mine), so I have conceded, or perhaps I’ve capitulated?

No, actually I’ve caved and created another blog where I can showcase these types of thoughts.

Inspired by the title of that piece of creative writing, the site is also called My Creative Cosmos.  This is where I’ll now post short stories, poetry and tall tales – not that I’ve ever written a tall tale, but I am giving it a go and hope to have one ready very soon.

I’m also giving a little consideration to showcasing some of my Toastmaster speeches, after all, I have written and delivered over 50 of them since joining Toastmasters almost four years ago.

If you’d like to have a look at the work I’ve already posted, by all means, do so.  Clicking the image below will transport you into my cosmos where you can follow along and be one of my stars.

While you’re there, take a quick look at Who Am I.
It’s something quirky I wrote for an “About” page.

Don’t forget to tell me what you think.  I’d love to know.

Ever-expanding one star at a time, my cosmos is a galaxy of thoughts and creativity where you can find poetry, short stories, photography and so much more.

  1. Really!!.. I like the blog about going round Australia – and the online blogging course has given you the ability to really shine in this space. I continue to look forward to your thoughts and stories wherever they are. You should be very proud of your blog I think it’s fantastic. Cheers D

    1. Thanx Denise,

Without deadlines for speeches (for Toastmasters), I need to tap into my creativity some how and I’m really enjoying this particular outlet.

      Miss you heaps.
