Such a beautiful little spot
Mollymook is just north of Ulladulla within the City of Shoalhaven (as is Basin View) and only a short drive down the road.
While Dean was in the water, impersonating a seal in his (black) full body wetsuit, I went for a walk along the beach and was mesmerised by the stillness of the water pooled between the sand and the rocks along the shore.
The water in the pools was so still, moving ever so slightly, but only every now and then, and it was a rather serene experience, despite the surf pounding just beyond the rocks.
I had to take some photographs and had fun playing with image composition. Enjoy.
The photo on the second bottom line that has the sun reflecting on the water is my favourite 🙂 I’m not sure why but there is something about that shot.

I know what you mean.
I included that shot because something in it resonated with me and I hoped it would resonate with others also. Glad to hear you liked it 🙂

Love the shot of the bird. Does that water go out at low tide? It is very serenitous. (Is that a word other than in World of Warcraft?)

Hi Calen,
Perhaps not as it was low tide when we were there yesterday and I agree, it was full of serenity, even at 10 am.
