If there’s one thing I miss at the moment, it’s taking time to look at the Moon.

I’m not sure how this happened, I love the Moon.
Perhaps it’s a side effect of working long hours ( 🙂 ) and being tired when I do get home. Perhaps it’s because there has been a lot of clouds around promising, and sometimes bringing, rain and obscuring my view.
I know there is something so serene about gazing up at my dear old friend, something peaceful that cleanses the soul. Thankfully though, I have lots of photos to gaze upon and only three weeks of work left to go – then I’ll have all the time in the world to stare up at the Moon.

Clare,
The Divine Moon and I have a connection as well. I LOVE the moon. Its character is speechless. It has the ability to entertain us through its shape, its brightness as it light up the sky, and it is so humble– as it is a dear friend of mines.
I find the Divine Moon (Motherly Nature) a great listener. There are times I will sit on my porch and drink my tea or on lay on the hood on my car and look up at the moon.
I admire its unique shadows of gray spots of peace.
When I visit the beach I love how the moonlight reflects the ocean waters.
The moon holds balance and should receive more credit than it is given.
My friend the moon is AMAZING and such a sight to see!

Such lovely words Charlena. The Moon is ‘my dear old friend’ and always reminds me how wonderful and precious life really is. With another full moon just around the corner, I’m hoping for clear skies and a full battery in my camera.
