This is my next entry for the Flower of the Day (FOTD) photo challenge hosted by Cee’s Photography.
Although we have had very little rain – unlike North Queensland right now where a monsoonal trough continues to dump unprecedented amounts of water (and our thoughts are with our family and friends in Townsville) – my garden is putting on a show with lots of flowers blooming everywhere.
I guess the little bit of water I am giving them is enough. My fuchsia, for example, has not stopped blooming since early September and at one stage I counted 86 flowers in various stages from buds through to full-blown blooms.
I think I’ve placed it in a perfect position.
