Did You See The Partial Lunar Eclipse Today?

My body clock failed to wake me, choosing instead to remain in ‘snooze’ mode.

But lots of other people saw it – see this story here.  What a lovely way to mark the 50^th anniversary of the launch of the Apollo 11 mission.

I did take photos of the Full Moon last night but as perplexing as it is for me to understand, there are no images on the card in my camera 😱

I have no idea how that happened – the card was inserted and inserted properly.  Nevermind.  Here’s a photo I’ve taken previously and tonight I’ll try harder with the Moon ever so slightly less than 100% full.

(I get so disheartened when I miss a significant lunar event.)
