While I sit and read the latest updates on Covid-19, the following made me smile.
Western Australia (WA) has, as of midnight, implemented some of Australia’s toughest border restrictions, with anyone attempting to enter the state now requiring a government-issued exemption. Nine-year-old Taylah was worried, but she needn’t have been.
Click the blue play button in the centre of this Tweet from Mark McGowan, the WA Premier, to hear what he had to say to all the children and chocolate-lovers in his state.
How thoughtful.
Here’s a copy of the Eggs-emption.

I’m sure Dean will be hopping mad if our Queensland Premier doesn’t issue a similar Eggs-emption 🙂
awww made me smile 🙂

Thanx Becky. To be honest, I had a little tear. Hoping to join Squares soon – life has been so hectic even though we are now not working. Hope you are keeping well.

Not surprised you did. Such a lovely response. I wish our leaders were doing things for the kids
And no worries about squares, as long as you are ok xx

We are, thank you. And after putting our business on hold, we’ve been busy staying safe.

Glad you are staying safe. MrB and Iare doing the same, we have been housebound since mid March.
Hope you managed to see the moon last night, or can see it now. Was thinking of you when I photographed it last night 🙂

I just saw your lovely photo (comment pending). It rained last night and is still overcast now. Situation normal for me when there’s a special lunar event happening. 😊

Love it and adds to other great messages like “find a bear online” and heaps of people have put bears in their windows facing the street – so we put one there also. Missing grandkids heaps but sharing some joy, I hope just like you are, Clare!!!
