This is my Poinsettia full of promises of the blooms to come.

It’s been raining and it’s still a little overcast and gloomy this morning, so I’m glad I (also) took these photos yesterday when I was capturing my Geranium with A little Dew On Top.

While I stood there, I counted 14 flowerheads at the tip (or top) of each branch.
And that’s just on one plant. I have several as well as multiple varieties.

I think my garden is in for a bumper Poinsettia season this year.
(And I will share more photos as they develop.)
This is my next entry in Becky’s Square in April photo challenge Tops.
Love them! And it’s looking like Christmas!

I know, they are such a lovely Christmas flower, and now you have me pining for a northern hemisphere (white) Christmas.

Thank you, Becky. They do add a wonderful splash of colour against the green backdrop of the palms. I’ll share more photos when they open fully 😊
