I’ve been really impressed with the images I’ve been taking with my iPhone.
So much so, following on from my first One iPhone, Five Minutes post of the flowers on my Black Bat Plant, I decided I’d play more frequently.
This is my Shabby Chic Hibiscus. It has two flowers open at the moment, with another about to bloom, and although it has been decimated recently by some overly hungry grasshoppers, it is loaded with new growth and buds.
I’ll have lots of these stunning flowers to admire over the coming weeks, but what surprises me is the different perspectives depending on ‘what’ the iPhone focused on as I clicked away. (You’ll also see where the grasshoppers helped themselves to one of the flowers.)

And here’s an update on my Snowflake looking spectacular in full bloom.

I enjoyed this selection. Any time I’ve had the chance to take pictures of a hibiscus flower, I’ve had no idea where to focus. By sharing several viewpoints we get to see the whole flower.

Thank you, Susan, and I feel the same about taking photos of hibiscus flowers – there is so much to focus on, it’s hard to decide where to place a priority.
