Revisiting My Own Christmas Classic

This one’s for Lesley πŸ™‚

White Chocolate Tim Tam Truffles

It’s hard to imagine it was four years ago when I created my own recipe for White Chocolate Tim Tam Truffles, but it is.

They say time flies when you’re having fun, so, on that note, I guess the last four years have been a hoot. They have, most assuredly, been anything but boring.

In December 2016, we were house sitting in and around the Sunshine Coast while our new home was being built. I was wanting to make something nice for a Christmas treat, and these little beauties certainly hit the spot.

This week, having nominated to bring dessert nibbles, I ‘whipped up a batch’ and took them to my Toastmasters Club meeting. Being December, it was our last meeting for the year, and a Christmas celebration. In all honesty, I couldn’t think of anything else to bring and yet it does give me joy to say those who tried them found them to be delightful, delectable, delicious, and (naturally) . . . moreish.

Just ask Lesley’s husband, Mike πŸ™‚

Therefore, Lesley, as promised, this is where you can find the recipe:

  1. Clare, special lady and ultimate truffle chef- just ask Mike’s blood glucose levels – seriously they are “to die for” even for me who is more of a savoury lady!!! Thanks again for sharing last night and again today x

    1. πŸ₯° πŸ˜‚ πŸ₯° thank you Lesley. Sorry about Mike’s blood glucose level, but I think I’d have a fit if I tested Dean’s this morning. In all seriousness, I may have to put a padlock on the fridge.
