  2. we should all be doing this – although I seem to be doing 3 for 1 if not more in our garden. I think I’ve planted a dozen or so in past 20 years and we have only had 3 removed!

    1. I have certainly planted quite a few trees over the years. Current count in my garden is 16 (mostly palms) but I also have another 20+ trees in pots – these are trees that are too big to plant in my garden – I can’t help myself. I went to a garden expo on Saturday under the strict instructions that I NOT bring home a ‘truck load’ of plants. I did bring home a few, but no new trees this year.
