There were just a few other bloggers sharing their desktops this month but, by no means, am I any less gratified.
I’ve not been blogging much lately myself. Life, in general, has been busy, but I hope I can encourage you to take a minute to look at the wonderful desktop delights that were shared this month.

Liz shared a new desktop back on August 23, but the WordPress Gremlins failed to notify me of Liz doing so (on time). Thankfully, I did eventually receive a notice and was pleasantly surprised by Liz’s photo of a sunrise at Watchman’s Trail in Crater Lake National Park, Oregon. Wow!
Liz also shared her desktop for September – a gorgeous photo of Rico, another one of her beloved fur babies, proclaiming Happy Saturday from Seaside, Oregon.
Cee shared a photo of a US Coast Guard boat. It’s an old gal that looks like she’s seen better days, however, she also looks like she’s a hard worker 😊 (She sounds like someone I know rather well.)
This month, Martin shared a photo and a story of his football team. “A real photo for a change”, Martin says. The shot was taken at Leatherhead on August 21 and with Leatherhead being one of Finchley’s bogey teams, I fully understand why Martin has it on his desktop because his team (Finchley) won the game 2-1.
Aletta’s desktop image this month is another winding road through Swartberg Pass in South Africa. Like the first photo Aletta shared of the pass, this one also shows the breathtaking beauty of this area.

I struggled to change my desktop back in June when I had assigned a photo of the total lunar eclipse of May 26, 2021. Being the lunatic that I am, I did struggle.
However, I have to say that changing this desktop I created of my flowers that have featured in Becky’s Square Photo Challenge (at one point or another) will be equally as difficult.

On October 15, I’ll share the new image on my desktop.
But you don’t have to wait until then.
You can join in anytime.
- Share the photo* you have set as your wallpaper;
- Provide as little or as much detail as you wish;
- Comment on my post for September or use a pingback; and
- Share the fun around 🥰

* Remember, in the interest of maintaining your personal privacy, please refrain from sharing a screenshot of your desktop and merely share the image you have set as your wallpaper.
The challenge icon can be downloaded here – or here if you’d prefer a smaller file – or here if you would like a copy of the full image used above.
You forgot me 😥
