Share Your Desktop – February 2022

When seeking a new image to put on my desktop this month, this photo spoke to me.

This s a gorgeous little, pink bottlebrush (Callistemon)

It’s a little odd, even for a Callistemon and, not only does it look terrific on my desktop, being a little odd makes it perfect given this month is Becky’s Odd Squares – a whole month of posting Odd Square(d) Photos.

Naturally, I had to square off my desktop photo just for Becky.

I have no idea which variety of Callistemon this is, but it was photographed in Cape Le Grand National Park in Western Australia back in November of 2015.
