Flower of the Day – Orchid

Apparently, it was a (very) good idea to attach this orchid to a palm tree in the backyard.

I can see it from the bedroom, where it was originally, and although the plant itself isn’t looking healthy, the blooms look amazing.

My Sydney Rock Orchid has an abundance of flower spikes this year and I’m excited that it will be in bloom soon. I’ll share the photo’s when it does.
