A Mini Time Out

By the time you read this, I will be on a plane bound for Townsville in North Queensland.

I’ll be offline for the next five days while I return to my childhood hometown to attend a memorial service for my father.

The last four months have been a journey of little steps, but tomorrow (January 26) will be a big day and a big step where my siblings and I will bid farewell to our father on the day we also commemorate the death of our mother who passed away in 1996.
