Desktop Delights – January 2023

There has been some wonderful desktop delights shared this month.

Brian’s photo this month is a foggy vista he photographed back in March 2020. I think it’s lovely and slightly mysterious.

Cee’s these photos are of clouds, a lotus and a flower head. I thought it was the flower of a shallot or onion and, as it happens, it’s an Allium flower bud. (Shallots and onions belong to the same family).

RA Adventurer joined in again this month with a delightful image of the last sunset of 2022 in Tillamook County, Oregon. It’s lovely, especially for an image captured on a mobile phone.

Martin’s two photos this month are of a wintry scene from Farming Simulator 22 and a busy scene on Sloane Street in Knightsbridge. I had to look twice at that wintry scene – it looks so real.

MZ over at Chateaux des Fleurs shared a beautiful photo of an English Hamlet.

GF Pacific Bee shared a photo of the Horse Pasture taken from the dairy barn entrance at Anne Springs Close Greenway.

And Aletta shared a lovely photo of a waterfall taken somewhere in New Zealand.

Thank you to everyone.

Seeing your desktops brightens my day.

Not sure what will be on my desktop in a couple of weeks. But in the meantime, I’m still enjoying this incredible image captured by South Korea’s Danuri mission.
