It’s hard to believe we’ve been here for six years.
Yesterday, February 9, marked the six year anniversary of receiving the keys to our little abode.

(It was removed in January 😂)
The front garden has changed a lot over the past six years, and it’s about to change again with some new garden edging being planned.
The back garden has changed considerably, but unfortunately, I’ve been unwell and unable to do much this week. I’ll work on some updated photos as soon as I can.
For now, though, I just wanted to say, we’re still thrilled with our little retirement village for two.
Wonderful and I know you still love your house 😀

Thanx Susan. It took some time, but that one at the front takes care of itself these days.

Thank you Janet. I’ll plan to take those promised updated photos early next week. I hope to be feeling better by then.

I hope you’ll feel better by then, too. If not, keep resting and be really gentle with yourself. Big hug xx

That is a lovely house, Clare. We are also in the process of downsizing.

I recommend it. It cleans out more than the clutter (if you get my drift).

We took the plan for a 4-bed, 2 bath family home with media room and turned it into a 3-bed, 2 bath home with no media room. It’s perfect for us and we still have a guest room with a private bathroom for any visitors who stay overnight (or longer). And I have a large enough garden to potter around in – perfect 🤩
