I’m a littler earlier than usual with my wrap up this month as Dean and I are off for a little adventure.
So, because I don’t wish to ‘schedule this post’ – I do know how, I just don’t want to – I thought I’d simply publish my post now because, as usual, I’m thrilled other bloggers join me each month in sharing the image they have on their desktops.
I hope you have a minute or two to take a look at what they have shared.

Brian shared an ever-so-delicate-looking (and cute) hanging teapot. I imagine it belonged to a little tea set t one point – or it may be a Christmas tree ornament – but I’m sure Brian will let me know.
Deb shared three images her desktop is (or has been) scrolling through this month. One photo sees her grandchild Coleman lounging on a tree – it’s a delightful photo that put a huge smile on my face.
I think Martin was trying to trick me this month by changing the order of his desktop images. I’m not used to seeing his real-world desktop first in his post but, as usual, I had to have a second look at the virtual-world desktop because it looks so real.
Cathy shared a gorgeous photo of the sunset taken on a quick trip to Anchorage. She says the winding road she travelled provided the opportunity to see three sunsets. How wonderful!
Cee’s three gorgeous images this month include a Fuchsia, a green truck, and a squirrel. I am always amazed at how spectacular Cee’s images are and can only imagine the delight they provide her as they scroll across her desktop.
Following in Cee’s footsteps, Karen also shared three images that have moved across her desktop – a delightful sunset, a group of (overgrown, comic) Prime Minister heads, and an infinity room. I love the idea of these images appearing and disappearing on the desktop.
Aletta’s desktop image this month is that of a beautiful, and colourful, Orange Macaw. It must have been a pleasure to be so close to one of these majestic birds.

When Dean and I return, I’ll post an updated photo of this little Poinsettia. I’m sure it’ll be, even more so, creeping towards it’s full bloom of popping colour.

On May 15, I’ll share the new image on my desktop.
But you don’t have to wait until then.
You can join in anytime.
- Share the photo* you have set as your wallpaper;
- Provide as little or as much detail as you wish;
- Comment on my post for April or use a pingback; and
- Share the fun around 🥰

* Remember, in the interest of maintaining your personal privacy, please refrain from sharing a screenshot of your desktop and merely share the image you have set as your wallpaper.
The challenge icon can be downloaded here – or here if you’d prefer a smaller file – or here if you would like a copy of the full image used above.
No intentional trickery involved😂 I’d loaded the photos onto Flickr and started writing the post. Then I realised that I hadn’t uploaded the screenshots from Way of the Hunter. So I part completed the post and then had to change to the Gaming PC to finish it🙄😅

🤣🤣🤣 I didn’t think that was any intentional trickery involved, I just look at the pictures before reading the words, and those Gaming PC desktops are so life-like, I had a double take (as usual).
